At Smoke and Pickles our aim is to produce the highest standard of comfort food Melbourne has to offer. Our burger concepts are made with love, creativity and fresh ingredients.

All of our food is complimented further with our artisan sauces, with a strong focus on in-house smoking and pickling bringing all the flavour to our sides and accompaniments.

Our sauces and condiments are made in house from scratch. Our sister company, Fairly Hot Sauce, provides the kick all burgers and sides long for, whilst our condiments, which include our own Ketchup, BBQ sauce and signature Canteen sauce bring the flavour!

smoked & pickled

We hand smoke and pickle our products for maximum taste. To try our smoked flavours you can order the likes of The Reuben, which features our in house smoked pastrami or try out our delicious Smoked Chicken wings. The Pickled Veg, and Boston Pickles are a must too!

original burgers

Our creative burger concepts are ambitious and we only use the freshest produce to bring them to life. Our 100% Australian beef burgers are 120g, whilst our succulent southern fried chicken is dunked in buttermilk & fried fresh to order. We also offer vegetarian, vegan and pescetarian options.
